Sue never planned to become an entrepreneur, but now that she’s doing it, she absolutely loves it! Her background is in market research, consumer insights and strategic planning with over 20 years of experience leading insights teams at companies like KeyBank, American Greetings and Adcom.

1. Put the time in to create a solid plan, then work that plan. Work it hard. Work it every day. Never stop, and keep adjusting and pivoting as your business evolves.
2. Be open to opportunities within the business.
3. And remember, this is your baby – it’s very emotional. Keep in mind, it’s all worth it in the end!
