Lorri was introduced to The Ahola Corporation through an executive business coach. Ahola provides unique cloud-based technology to manage Payroll, HR, Benefits, and the Time and Attendance needs of family-owned businesses. Following a discovery session with the CEO, they discovered that he did not have anyone within the organization to orchestrate a plan to achieve his goals and aspirations. Today, Lorri is Strategic Planning Director for Ahola.
One challenge Lorri faces evolves around organization/division leaders who say changes are needed, but do not nurture a culture for change. Another professional challenge has been accountability. “I am finding it more difficult to find people who are self accountable and even harder to find individuals capable of holding others accountable.”

Lorri has had various mentors along the way. Currently, she has a small peer group of women with a wide array of skill sets. “I guess you could say it’s my ‘wolf pack’ as Abby Wambach (American retired soccer player, coach, two-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA Women’s World Cup champion) referenced in her recent commencement speech at Barnard College.
