Veronica Cook-Euell, MA, MBA M.Ed.

Veronica Cook-Euell established her consulting firm in 2003, and dba Euell Construction and Consulting Group in 2015, and having recently transitioned from Kent State University where she held the role as the Supplier Diversity Program Manager for about 10 years, she now devotes her expertise, full time, to her firm. In addition to her extensive career background in the area of supplier diversity and serving as a Fractional Supplier Diversity team member, she has also demonstrated professional expertise in key areas of leadership include community relations and development, supplier diversity strategic planning and assessment, social services, diversity and inclusion, entrepreneurship, organizational training, inclusion compliance reporting and monitoring and corporate virtual meeting consulting.
Mrs. Cook-Euell has been a featured presenter on numerous occasions, both locally, statewide, and internationally, on the topic of supplier diversity, a few of which include an invitation by the U.S. Consulate, to present in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on: “Value Chain – Supplier Diversity as Mechanism to Advance Equality and Promote Economic Prosperity”, she has presented for the Asian Chamber of Commerce in Columbus, OH, and for the Kent State University, Women in Business Conference on Mentors/Sponsors, in 2019. To her credit, she has published articles in the area of supplier diversity including, the E & I Cooperative Services, “Why We Need to Develop Schemas in Supplier Diversity”, and in the National Association of Educational Procurement journal: “10 Steps to Advocacy in Supplier Diversity.”
Veronica is the recipient of numerous awards and honors such as the, “Amplify Inclusion Champion Award” presented in 2019, by the Greater Cleveland Partnership, C.O.E.I., and the Neil D. Markee Communicator of the Year Award, from the National Association of Educational Procurement, in 2019. In October 2020, Veronica led Kent State University in the Best in Class in Supplier Diversity from the Greater Cleveland Partnerships Commission on Equity & Inclusion. This accomplishment led to Kent State University’s placement in the Hall of Fame for its work in Supplier Diversity 2020. In 2022, Veronica was awarded the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship’s Spirit of Women in Business Award from Kent State University. Featured in the May 2022 Akron Life Magazine, Veronica has been named a 2022 Game Changer as a Female Entrepreneur in the Akron, Ohio area.
Of her many community involvement activities, Veronica has served on several boards, of which she currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Akron Zoo.
Veronica is a member of Leadership Akron, Class 24, she is a native of Chicago, and has lived in the Akron area since 1996 with her husband, Eddie. They have two sons Willie (Dioswal) Cook and Jordan Euell and 2 grandchildren, Katlea Veronica Pearl Cook, 6 and Kira Ann Cook, 20 months old.
