Rebecca S. Talley

Senior Vice President and East Ohio Region Retail Leader, KeyCorp

Rebecca “Becky” Talley is Senior Vice President and Regional Retail Leader for the East Ohio Region at KeyBank, as well as a member of KeyCorp’s Executive Council.  As the leader of more than 600 employees, Becky is accountable for setting strategic direction, performance management, continuous improvement and engaging a high-performance team.  She leads the Area Retail Leaders and team members across the footprint.  The footprint consists across Central Ohio:  CLE Northeast/Lakeshore, CLE Metro South, CLE Erie/Northeast Ohio, CLE East, CLE Northwest, CLE West, MAC East, MAC Midtown and MAC South.

Talley is a member of Key’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership Council, and the Champion for Key’s Consumer Bank Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.  She completed her three-year term on the Executive Committee overseeing KeyBank’s annual United Way Campaign.

Talley has 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry holding various leadership roles in Operations and Technology.  Prior to the acquisition of McDonald Investment, Inc. by KeyCorp in October 1998, Talley was SVP & Division Manager for the Client Contact Center which encompassed Retirement Plans, Account Onboarding, Sales Operations Support and Statement Processing.  She began her career with McDonald Investments Inc. in February of 1990.

Talley serves as a Vice Chair of the Great Lakes Region for the Arthritis Foundation.  Her visionary leadership helps Key authentically engage and improve its workforce, workplaces, and communities.  Her influence has been widely recognized as best in class, and her accolades include:

Talley received a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University.  Talley, her husband and their children reside in Brunswick, OH.
