Rachael’s considerable banking experience spanning 20 years, including 16 years at Key, has positioned her well to provide companies with
Rachael’s experience includes various positions ranging from commercial banking relationship management, loan operations management, compliance, and credit. Her team-based approach and expertise in Key’s advisory services and solutions make her uniquely qualified to lead the [email protected] and Key4Women program teams. Both programs are complimentary, open to everyone, and deliver programming, solutions, and personalized guidance to support the financial, career, and business success of Key’s clients and communities.
The Key4Women program provides women business owners and leaders with committed advisors to help guide them on their financial journeys, provide networking and educational opportunities, research and resources, and access to capital. While the [email protected] program partners closely with employers by providing a bank agnostic, no-cost program that enables employees to reach their financial goals, minimize stress, and improve their productivity.
Rachael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas More University, a Master of Business Administration candidate from the University of Cincinnati, and is an active member of the community. She serves on the Women in Manufacturing Board of Directors, Women of Color Foundation Board of Directors, African Heritage Key Business Impact and Networking Group national leadership team, Key Women’s Network national leadership team, Advocates for Youth Education member, Co-Chair of The Superior Initiative, and is a YWCA Women of Professional Excellence Award Recipient. Rachael is a Cleveland native and resides in Cincinnati with her husband and their two children.
