Kristyn M. Squires is a Senior Vice President and Small Business National Sales Leader. In her role, Kristyn is responsible for developing and deploying the national small business strategy with a primary focus on helping small businesses thrive through improving their cashflow. In partnership with the Retail organization, her Small Business Sales Team is responsible for providing support and expertise to 1,000 Branches with the goal of increasing sales revenue and delivering a best-in-class client experience.

Kristyn began her financial career in 1999 and joined KeyBank in 2006.  She has increased her leadership responsibilities through holding numerous positions within the Retail Bank. Prior to her current role, Kristyn led 57 Branches in KeyBank’s Western Pennsylvania Region as the Regional Retail Leader, SVP.

Kristyn’s financial related education and training extends as a graduate of Consumer Bankers Association’s Executive Banking School at Furman University.  She earned her Life and Health, Series 6 and 63 licenses and is a graduate of YWCA Women’s Leadership Institute programs.

Kristyn is an active member of the community; most recently serving as Pittsburgh Go Red for Women Luncheon Chair and Circle of Red member.  She previously served as a board member for Plexus, The Chamber of Commerce for the LGBT Community and Allies.  Kristyn was a committee member for Cleveland’s Aviatra Accelerators, formerly known as Bad Girl Ventures, and a participant for The Women’s Business Center within the Economic Community Development Institute in Cleveland.
