Alanna represents clients on a variety of business law matters. Her experience includes representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture financing transactions, and corporate loan transactions. Although she advises clients across a wide array of industries, Alanna works with many clients operating in the cannabis industry in Ohio as well as in other states, representing these clients on a variety of corporate and real estate transactions, participating in some of the largest M&A deals in the Ohio cannabis market, representing both the selling license holders and acquiring entities, as well as advising them on a diverse set of business-related, regulatory, and compliance issues. Alanna has also advised clients on fund formation and dissolution alternatives.
