Carrie Rosenfelt serves as the Executive Director of the Economic and Community Development Institute’s (ECDI), Northern Ohio region. ECDI is a non-profit economic development organization and U.S. Treasury certified Community Development Financial Institution that provides training, coaching and access to capital to help start and grow businesses. Previously, Carrie served as Vice President and Community Development Relationship Manager for Huntington National Bank’s Northern Ohio region. In past roles, Carrie has served as a fundraiser for several nonprofit organizations and as a political speechwriter. Carrie is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park and the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio’s LeadDIVERSITY program, the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Bridge Builders Program, and the German Marshall Fellowship program. Carrie serves on the boards of the Ohio Community Development Corporation Association and Milestones Autism Resources.
Jean Murphy
Marketing Associate and Events Coordinator, MAGNET

Jean Murphy has over 20 years of hospitality management/event experience and currently serves as Marketing Associate and Events Coordinator for MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network. Murphy was previously employed with acclaimed commercial law firm Squire Patton Boggs as well as The Finch Group, where she served as Assistant Property and Leasing Manager for its University Circle portfolio.
Reka Barabas
Cleveland Market Director/Bad Girl Ventures

Reka Barabas became the Director of Bad Girl Ventures (BGV) Cleveland in 2011. In this role, she leads BGV’s chapter in Northeast Ohio and is in charge of fundraising, relationship management, and operations. She is constantly building a support network for the entrepreneurs BGV works with, while also ensuring the quality of their education, and raising funds for the loan pool. Before joining Bad Girl Ventures, Reka served as the Executive Director of The International Entrepreneur (TiE) Ohio for three years. TiE is driven by established foreign-born entrepreneurs who mentor the next generation of immigrant entrepreneurs and help them forge connections in the U.S. Prior to that, while at the Cleveland Council on World Affairs, Reka managed all international programs sponsored by the U.S. Department of State that bring foreign professionals to Cleveland for short-term training. She was responsible for strategy, development, new technology implementation, website, and marketing related to the program. A Crain's 40 Under 40, Reka holds a M.A from Bowling Green State University and a Certificate of Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University.
